Sorry, but I no longer have, or can aquire parts for the "INSIDER" Heat Pump unit. Please contact the service manager of  Friedrich Air Conditioning in San Antonio TX   (210) 546-0500 (800) 541-6645. If you are just tired of messing with it, you might consider replacing it with an Intertherm™ furnace and split system a/c. If you are in the DFW Metroplex area, contact Williams A/C and Heating at 817-346-8675 for an estimate on replacing the system  or your local Intertherm™ dealer if you're not.
